Enterprise AI Consulting

Where AI strategy
meets execution.

Most AI programs stall between the strategy deck and production. Our leadership has shipped on the other side of that gap, at enterprise scale, for fifteen years.

What We Do

Three questions, answered properly.

Every AI engagement reduces to the same three decisions. Most firms sell you the first one and leave before the other two get hard.

Strategy

Where does AI actually pay?

An honest readiness assessment across technology, data, and team, then a phased roadmap built around the handful of use cases that clear their own cost.

  • AI readiness and data governance assessment
  • Use case prioritization and ROI modeling
  • Phased roadmap with named milestones

Selection

Buy, build, or partner?

Vendor and platform evaluation from leadership that has sat on both sides of the table, having built alliances with the major cloud and CRM platforms.

  • Buy, build, or partner assessment for SaaS
  • Vendor selection and commercial diligence
  • Brand and risk protection in AI adoption

Execution

Will customers actually use it?

Self-service that contains the interaction instead of routing it. Designed and instrumented against containment and satisfaction, not activity metrics.

  • Omnichannel and self-service design
  • Containment and NPS instrumentation
  • Team enablement and change management

Track Record

Numbers on the record.

Our own advisory work in energy, and results our leadership delivered in prior roles.

Energy · Yeich Consulting

Digital platform advisory across three utilities

Three U.S. utilities each needed customer-facing digital capability moving faster than their internal roadmaps allowed.

3 Utilities advised

AI-enabled self-service introduced at two of them. Digital initiatives, data governance, and data strategy advisory at the third.

IT Services · Leadership, prior role

A four-product AI portfolio at enterprise scale

A $1.8B IT services provider needed its AI portfolio to behave like a revenue engine rather than a collection of pilots.

$400M 2023 revenue

Scaled 43% year over year, directed by a global team of 9 direct and 45 indirect reports across product, business analysis, data science, and AI engineering.

Customer Experience · Leadership, prior role

Self-service that contains the interaction

Industry bot containment sits near 20%. Deflection that low leaves the cost structure of a contact center essentially untouched.

90% Containment rate

Roughly four and a half times the industry average, alongside an NPS of 80 held across the portfolio for three consecutive years.

Healthcare · Leadership, prior role

Process engineering inside a Fortune 100 pharmacy

Five pharmacies supporting roughly 12 billion prescription doses a year, under active CMS and ACA regulatory change.

$35M Annual savings

Delivered by streamlining internal processes, with fulfillment timeframes improved more than 75% through targeted technology deployment.

Our Approach

A process built for enterprise scale.

1

Assess

Audit readiness across technology, data, and team capability, and map where value actually sits in your business rather than in the category.

2

Decide

Run the buy, build, or partner assessment. Shortlist vendors, model ROI per use case, and put a phased roadmap and its milestones in writing.

3

Deploy

Lead the build through architecture, integration with the systems you already run, testing, and production release with documentation your team owns.

4

Hold the line

Instrument against containment, satisfaction, and cost. Stay engaged past launch, enable the team, and identify the next wave as maturity grows.

About Us

We stay until it ships.

Yeich Consulting exists for the gap between an AI strategy deck and a system in production. We help enterprises decide what to buy, what to build, and what to leave alone, then stay through deployment.
